Justice or Injustice? by J L Hardee

Justice or Injustice Book cover

The jury has been given their instructions and received the case. Unlike the Zimmerman trial, we opted to receive the case rather than take a lunch break. We had lunch brought in. We didn’t get to choose the foreperson, the judge did that for us, unfortunately. So, we enter the jury room. We had listened to the case for days on in and we were sequestered. We all wanted to go home and were ready to run for that door. Just to see where we were at, we took an initial vote. The jury was hung 6-6 in a capital murder trial. Ever wonder what happens when the jury is hung? Take a peak for yourself and check out ‘Justice or Injustice’ at http://www.jlhardee.com .
